Nulong Ol Tablet is an antihypertensive medication. It contains a combination of cilnidipine and olmesartan as active substances. Nulong Ol Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure.

Nulong Ol Tablet contains a combination of cilnidipine and olmesartan as active substances.
Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker that blocks the incoming calcium and prevents the contraction of blood vessels. This helps to reduce blood pressure.
Olmesartan blocks all the actions of a chemical called angiotensin II which helps to relax the blood vessels and thereby lowers blood pressure.

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (used to relieve pain, swelling, and inflammation) used along with Nulong Ol Tablet may increase the risk of kidney failure.
Particular care should be taken if you are taking colesevelam (used to lower the level of cholesterol in your blood), certain antacids (used to treat indigestion), aldesleukin (used to treat advanced kidney cancer), quinidine (used for treating abnormal/irregular heartbeats), phenytoin (used to treat fits/seizures), rifampicin (used to treat tuberculosis), erythromycin (used for the treatment of bacterial infections), and anti-psychotic medicines (used to treat mental disorders).
