Oflomac Cx Dry Syrup is an antibiotic medicine that contains cefixime and ofloxacin as the active components. This Dry Syrup is used to treat bacterial infections in the eyes, ears, nose, throat, lungs, skin, bones and joints, gastrointestinal tract, and urinary tract in children. Cefixime stops bacterial growth by preventing the production of the protective layer, known as the cell wall of the bacteria.

Ofloxacin, on the other hand, interacts with the genetic material of bacteria and halts their growth. Together, these molecules inhibit bacterial growth and the spread of infection. Oflomac Cx Dry Syrup is available by prescription.

Your child's doctor will determine the dose and duration for using Oflomac Cx Dry Syrup. You should not give your child a lesser or greater amount of medicine than recommended by their doctor.
