Oldilan 10mg Tablets contain isoxsuprine, a vasodilator indicated for the treatment of peripheral vascular disease. This medication functions by inducing vasodilation, which is the widening of blood vessels, thereby enhancing blood circulation to various parts of the body, including the extremities (hands and feet) and the brain. Improved blood flow can alleviate symptoms associated with reduced circulation.
