Pangraf Capsule is an immunosuppressant medication used to prevent organ rejection in patients undergoing kidney, heart, or liver transplants. Its active ingredient is tacrolimus, which belongs to the class of immunosuppressants. This medication works by reducing the immune response, preventing immune cells from attacking the transplanted organ.
It is essential to use this medicine under the supervision of a specialist doctor experienced in treating organ transplant patients. If you have an infection or are prone to infections, be sure to inform your doctor, as this medication can weaken your immune system.
An overdose of Pangraf Capsule can lead to tremors, headache, nausea, vomiting, skin reaction and changes in the levels of certain enzymes or parameters (creatinine or blood urea nitrogen). If you have taken too much of this medicine, see your doctor or contact your nearest hospital emergency department immediately.
Do not take a double dose of this medicine to make up for forgotten individual doses. If you have forgotten to take Pangraf Capsules, wait until it is time for the next dose and then continue as before.

Pangraf Capsule passes into the breastmilk. Therefore, you should not breastfeed whilst receive this medicine. Tell your doctor if you are breastfeeding.
Pangraf Capsule may cause visual and neurological disturbances. Avoid driving if you are affected.
Pangraf Capsule may produce side effects such as visual disturbance and neurological disturbances, alcohol can further aggravate this. Hence, you should avoid consuming alcohol while taking this capsule.
