Pregalin M 75 capsule is used to treat neuropathic pain (pain associated with nerve damage in the brain). It is a combination medicine containing two active ingredients - pregabalin and methylcobalamin. It should be taken as directed by the doctor in the correct doses and for the exact duration as prescribed.
It would be best if you take Pregalin M at a fixed time for optimal results and should not consume more than that prescribed by your doctor. Pregeb M 75 capsule , Pregacipc M capsule , Pregaba-M 75 capsule and Mahagaba M 75 capsule are a few other medicines with pregabalin and methylcobalamin as their active components. Common side effects of the Pregalin M 75 capsule are nausea, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness and stomach pain.
Most of these are temporary, but if you feel the side effects persist, you should contact your doctor immediately. Pregalin M 75 capsule works by the combined action of its two components Pregabalin and Methylcobalamin. Components of the Pregalin M 75 capsule pass into the breastmilk, however, its effect on the breastfed baby is unknown. Therefore, the doctor will decide whether to discontinue breastfeeding or to discontinue the treatment depending upon the benefits of the medicine for a nursing mother.
