Propyderm Nf 0.05 1/2 % Cream 25 Gm

Propyderm NF Cream is a combination of medicine containing Fusidic acid, Clotrimazole and Clobetasol. It is used for the treatment of bacterial or fungal infection along with inflammation of the skin. Fusidic acid works by killing bacteria responsible for the infection.

Clotrimazole works by destroying the fungus causing infection. Clobetasol works by decreasing the formation and action of chemicals responsible for swelling, itching and redness of the skin. Irritation, itching, redness, pain or burning sensation at the application site are some side effects of Propyderm NF Cream.

Dosage

Overdose

• As Propyderm NF Cream is meant for external application, cases of overdose are unlikely. However, upon accidental ingestion, contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.
• If you have applied extra quantities of Propyderm NF, wipe out the excess with tissue or cotton.

Missed a Dose

If you have missed applying Propyderm NF Cream, apply it as soon as possible. Do not over-apply this medicine to compensate for the missed application.

Contraindications

• If you are allergic to Fusidic acid, Clotrimazole, Clobetasol or any other ingredients of Propyderm NF Cream.
• If you are of age less than 1 year.
• Propyderm NF Cream should not be used for the treatment of skin conditions such as acne, rosacea (redness of skin on and around the nose), perioral dermatitis (red rash around mouth), itching around anus or genital, itching of skin not associated with inflammation.
