Pyrigesic 650 is an analgesic (painkiller) or antipyretic (reduce fever). Paracetamol acts by inhibiting the release of the natural chemical substance prostaglandins responsible for pain and fever. You should not take more than 4 Pyrigesic 650 tablets in 24 hours.
