Symptoms of an overdose of Tenepla Tablet includes low blood sugar levels and may experience symptoms like dizziness, fainting, sweating and tremors, confusion, etc. In such a situation if you have the blood glucometer with you, test immediately. If the value is less than 70mg/dL, have some juice, candy bar or sugar as they will help to raise the blood sugar from low levels. Seek medical help.
Missing a dose is not advised as it will lead to fluctuations in blood sugar. If you have missed taking a dose of medicine, take it as soon as you remember. If it's time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with the regular dosing schedule. Avoid taking a double dose to compensate for the missed one.
It must be taken as a whole with a sufficient amount of water. Take after food every day at the same time.
