Tuspel LS 1 Expectorant is a combination of Ambroxol, Guaifenesin and Levosalbutamol. It also relieves allergic symptoms like watery eyes, sneezing, a runny nose or throat irritation.

Individuals with diabetes, heart diseases, thyroid disorders must use this medicine with caution as there is an increased chance of adverse events. You may experience nausea, vomiting, stomach ache, headache, diarrhoea, increased heart rate after taking this medicine.
