The safety and effectiveness of Vancotech Cp Injection in children has not been established.
Dosage adjustment may be necessary for elderly with impaired kidney functions. Thus, do not take this medicine without discussing with your doctor.
Your doctor will prescribe a dose as per your clinical condition. You should not stop this medicine abruptly.
Vancotech Cp Injection is not active against infections due to gram-negative bacilli, mycobacteria, or fungi. Your doctor might give you another antibiotic for the same.
There is no cross-resistance between Vancotech Cp Injection and other antibiotics.
