Stemetil Md Tablet is used to treat nausea, vomiting, post-operative and migraine-induced vomiting. It contains prochlorperazine as its main component. This medicine works by blocking the action of dopamine receptors present in the brain.

Dosage

Overdose

If you take more Stemetil Md Tablet than you should, immediately contact with your doctor as taking too much. Stemetil Md Tablets may cause symptoms such as feeling sleepy or dizzy, increased or rapid heartbeat, feeling very cold and confused, feeling restless, stiffness or shaking. You may lose consciousness.

Missed a Dose

If you missed any dose of medicine, take it as soon as you remember. If it's time for your next dose, then skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dose schedule. Do not take a double dose of medicine to compensate for the missed one.
